At Park Integrative Health, we are dedicated to empowering and supporting individuals of all ages in their health and wellness journey. As part of a collaborative team, our counsellors and mental health therapists deliver services in the form of individual, couple, family, and group therapy with a focus on addressing the root cause of an issue. Our counsellors also provide practical strategies, interventions, and therapy in a strengths-based, anti-oppressive approach to ensure clients can maintain their highest level of daily function, health and wellness. At Park Integrative Health, our counsellors and mental health therapists are culturally competent and spiritually sensitive. The comprehensive team at Park Integrative Health is an ally to minority groups, including LGBTQ individuals, couples, and families.

At Park Integrative Health, we understand that mental illness impacts quality of health, wellness and life. We also recognize and appreciate the unique needs of our client population and our counsellors and mental health therapists provide services from an eclectic framework. Our counsellors and mental health therapists are humanistic in their approach, have an appreciation for the existential, and practice from a Trauma-Informed Perspective. Therapeutic approaches include: Solution-Focused Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; Attachment-Based Therapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR); Gottman Method; Art Therapy; and Play Therapy.

At Park Integrative Health, we understand the importance of normalization and validation, and thus we also provide services in the form of Psycho-educational and Psych-therapeutic Groups, including: Grief / Loss; Anxiety / Depression; Trauma; Eating Disorders; Adjustment to Illness; Managing Stress and Frustration; Chronic Pain; Borderline Personality Disorder; Parenting Strategies.
