Laura Harris

As a Registered Dietitian, Laura translates scientific research into practical recommendations and strategies with a client-centered approach. She is dedicated to her clients and passionate in supporting them to reach their nutrition goals.

 

Laura takes a non-diet approach to nutrition counselling. Instead, she focuses on healing and/or preserving the relationship with food, honoring hunger and respecting fullness. She recognizes that there is more to health than the number on the scale and encourages clients to be kind to themselves and respect their bodies.

 

Aside from exploring new recipes and browsing the aisles of the grocery store for new inspiration, Laura is an avid runner and mountain biker.
