Kendra is a graduate of Massage Therapy Program at MacEwan University and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology.
She has always had a fascination with how and why the body functions the way it does and is eager to learn more throughout her career. Though always being told she had a natural sense for it, Kendra decided to practice massage therapy upon seeing its effectiveness in providing stress and pain relief to family members suffering from anxiety and chronic depression.
The massage program opened many avenues for massage that she was keen to explore and utilize but stress and pain treatment are still her primary focus. Every treatment Kendra provides is personalized according to the needs of the patient, ranging from specific therapeutic treatments to general relaxation, but all have their foundation in stress and pain relief.
