An expert wellness team to help you navigate your health and wellness journey at Park Integrative Health™️ and Synapse.

What is client care at Park Integrative Health™️?

Our client care professionals are a group of individuals with specialized training and experience who support clients along their health journey. The Client Care team is trained to help you navigate your wellness path at PIH and Synapse. They work together and alongside the client/patient to clarify or identify wellness goals and provide recommendations or referrals to medical or allied health services. They have a vast knowledge of the services offered within PIH and Synapse.

When should I book a Client Care Consult?

If you’re not sure where to start or you could use additional guidance and support on your wellness journey, we suggest booking a complimentary Client Care Consult.

What should I expect from a client care consult??

Your initial Client Care visit is a complimentary 30-minute consultation with our Client Care Program Consultant, Ashley Gazley, MSW, Registered Social Worker, Therapist, a highly skilled professional who will work with you to identify your goals, history, experience with medical and allied health services and barriers. During your complimentary consultation, you will discuss:

  • Health history and current health concerns

  • Your health and wellness goals

  • How you would like to achieve those goals

  • Your previous experience with allied health services

  • If there are specific allied health treatments you are interested in trying

  • Any questions about allied health treatments or barriers

  • Recommendations and/or information about allied health modalities and providers that may be suitable

Our Client Care Team also includes our Client Care Coordinator, Ashley Genest. The Client Care Coordinator follows you along on your health journey and checks in with you after appointments to ensure that both the modality and the provider are a good fit for you. Additionally, they provide support with maintaining and modifying treatment plans and coordinating care between your allied health providers and your physician.
