An important note about calling our clinics:
Our phones are operational Monday - Thursday between 9 A.M. and 8 P.M., Fridays between 9 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., and Saturdays between 10 A.M. and 3 P.M.. On Sundays, holidays, and during the lunch hour (12 P.M. – 1 P.M.), phones are off.
We receive a high volume of calls and do our best to answer. If our phones are off or you’re calling outside of the times listed above, please leave us a voicemail or send an email to info@pihealth.ca or synapse@pihealth.ca.
