  • Yes! Unless otherwise specified, our allied health practitioners are accepting new patients. You can view a complete list of our allied health team and their areas of expertise here.

  • Synapse is located just a few doors down from our main PIH clinic. Synapse’s address is Unit 910, 3890 Sherwood Drive. It’s located in the same shopping complex at PIH and is just a few doors to the east from the PIH clinic.

  • We request at least 24-hours notice for any appointment cancellation. Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, we would like to offer the spot to another client/patient if possible.

  • We accept Debit Tap, VISA, Mastercard, Email Money Transfer, and Cash only.

  • Yes! We provide direct billing for allied health clients. We can direct bill to the following insurance providers:

    Alberta Blue Cross, BPA, Canada Life, CCWA, Chambers of Commerce, CINUP, Claimsecure, Cowan, D.A. Townley, Desjardin Insurance, First Canadian, GMS, Group Health, Group Source, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Group, Johnston Group, Local 506, Manion, Manulife, Maximum Benefits, and Sunlife.

  • Yes! You can give the gift of integrative care by purchasing a gift card code through our Jane App site here.

    Note: Gift cards are not applicable for physiotherapy or mental health services. You must log in or create a Jane profile to purchase a gift card.

  • Effective fall 2023, we have paused medical consultations for new patients in the Long COVID Program until fall 2024.

    This means temporarily, we’ll only accept new patients into the program through our Client Care team rather than through physician referral, and treatment options will focus on allied health services rather than a combination of medical and allied interventions.
